Use HelloRemind fromClaude, ChatGPT or Grok

Connect the assistant you already talk to, then just ask: “Remind Mom to take her evening pills at 7 every night,” or “Did Dad answer this morning’s call?” It works on every plan, within the same limits as the app.

The address to connect to

Every assistant connects to the same HelloRemind address:

https://app.helloremind.me/mcp

When you connect, you sign in to HelloRemind and choose what the assistant may do. Anyone on your account can connect their own, and it can do only what they can. You can see and disconnect yours in HelloRemind under Settings → Connected assistants.

What an assistant can do

Only what you allowed when you connected it, and always within your plan — the same weekly reminders, the same features, the same limits as in the app.

Reminders
Schedule a reminder call for yourself or a loved one, see what is coming up, change a time, pause, resume, copy or delete one — and check how much of the week’s reminders are left.
Loved ones and caregivers
Look someone up, update their details, and start adding a loved one or a caregiver. Adding a person always waits for you to confirm — see below.
Messages and recordings
Pick a ready-made message or one of your own recordings for a call, and manage templates and tags.
Activity and reports
Ask what happened — which calls were answered or missed — and pull reports and exports your plan includes.
The people on your account
Invite family or staff and change what they can reach. Granting access waits for your confirmation too.

Adding a person always needs you

An assistant can start adding a loved one or a caregiver, inviting someone, or changing their access — but nothing happens until you agree to HelloRemind’s own wording, on something HelloRemind shows you:

  • In Claude, a HelloRemind card appears in the conversation. Read it and choose I agree.
  • Everywhere else, the assistant gives you a link to a HelloRemind page. Open it while signed in and confirm there. The link works for 24 hours, and only for you.

The assistant is told plainly that nothing has happened until you confirm.

What an assistant can never do

Whatever you allow when connecting, these stay in the HelloRemind app:

  • Close, restore or delete your account
  • See or change billing and your plan
  • Move ownership of the account
  • Change sign-in security, such as two-factor or single sign-on
  • Create API keys or other credentials
  • Change your own profile, including your email address

Your information

Whatever an assistant reads from HelloRemind — names, phone numbers, schedules, messages — goes to that assistant’s company and is handled under its terms, not ours. Allow only what you want it to see. Each time an assistant reads a loved one’s details, it is recorded in your account’s audit log, and disconnecting it in Settings → Connected assistants ends its access at once. See our privacy policy.
